From 1992 to 1999, he was CFO at the Italian listed holding Company SOPAF and CEO of 2 industrial companies. In 2000 he was appointed Chairman and CEO of Tecnoforge Group, worldwide leader of components for oil & gas applications. In 2005 he was Managing Director of AVIO, the worldwide leader manufacturer of aero engine components, and he was appointed CEO in 2007. From December 2008 to May 2016 he was CEO of Rhiag Group, the pan-European leader in distribution of aftermarket and spare parts.
Graduated in 1985 in Economics at the Pavia University with a dissertation in Econometrics applied to the labor market.
