Linvosges – Françoise SAGET

French leader in the home shopping sale of home linen.

The Group is the French leader in multi-channel distribution of home linen. The group is composed of two complementary brands, Françoise Saget and Linvosges, addressing different market segments and different types of customers.

Françoise Saget, launched in 1982 by the group Yves Rocher, is positioned on the mid-market segment while in contrast Linvosges, founded in 1922 and acquired in 2007, is focused on high-end customers. Both brands have a strong identity oriented towards quality, tradition and family values.

The two companies mostly sell their products through home shopping (traditional mail-order and e-commerce) but Linvosges is also active in retail via a network of 20 stores and in B2B distribution to hotels.

Positioned on a niche market particularly adapted to the home shopping business model, the primary focus of our investment was to grow our customer base sustainably and gain market share in the home linen segment, in France but also in Europe.

Alpha sold the group in 2016.
